The profile processing production line is mainly introduced from Yale Company in Germany, which mainly includes profile cutting machines, single head saws, double head saws, two-dimensional end milling machines, three-dimensional end milling machines, three-axis CNC milling machines, hydraulic angle forming machines, profile bending machines and other machine tools, all of which are fully automated and digitally controlled. The new eight head milling machine features automatic tool changing, drilling, milling, and tapping capabilities. The tool axis can rotate positive and negative 90 degrees, and can be positioned at any angle. With a single clamping, it can complete six sided and arbitrary angle processing of materials such as straight profiles, arc profiles, and combination angle profiles. The equipment has high processing accuracy and good consistency in repeated processing, which can meet the different processing needs of various types of curtain walls, roof systems, etc. The annual processing capacity is nearly 30000 tons.
All equipment of the thermal insulation and cold bridge composite production line is imported from Italy's Feimu Company and Germany's Xuge Company, used for automatic threading and composite of various plug-in thermal insulation and cold bridge profiles. The composite profiles are firmly connected, safe and reliable, and can meet the composite processing of various types of thermal insulation and cold bridge profiles for curtain walls, doors and windows.
The main production lines for sheet metal processing include shearing machines, bending machines, laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, and CNC punching machines Slotting machine, slotting machine, argon arc welding machine. The equipment is complete in variety and has strong compatibility, with an annual board production capacity of over 600000 square meters. It can achieve flat processing of rectangular, circular, elliptical and other arbitrary shaped plates, and can accurately and precisely cut, groove, bend, and weld various plates according to engineering needs. It has the characteristics of high processing accuracy, stable quality, good product appearance effect, and high production efficiency. The maximum molding size of the product can reach 3 meters * 12 meters. The product types include flat panel, single panel, circular cone panel, conical panel, and large radius hyperbolic panel, covering all forms of panel processing for curtain walls.
The machining center is located by the beautiful Jinyin Lake and Lingyun Technology Industrial Park in the National Cross Strait Science and Technology Industry Development Park in Wuhan. It is adjacent to Jinshan Avenue to the north, 16 kilometers away from Wuhan Tianhe Airport, 7 kilometers away from Hankou Railway Station, and 15 kilometers away from Yangsi Port Foreign Trade Terminal. It has direct access to National Highway 316, National Highway 107, Beijing Zhuhai Expressway, and Shanghai Nanjing Expressway, with convenient transportation and excellent natural environment and geographical location.
The machining center is the company's base for forming aluminum plates, steel plates, and stainless steel plates, as well as for deep processing and spraying of aluminum profiles. It is a first-class professional machining center in China that integrates design, production, research and development, processing, and spraying of curtain walls, doors, windows, and decorative accessories. The factory covers an area of nearly 100000 square meters and has a maximum annual processing capacity of 3 million square meters for curtain walls. The machining center currently has nearly 300 employees, including. There are over 30 senior technical personnel, more than 50 intermediate and senior technicians, and more than 100 professional technicians, equipment maintenance and special operation personnel. We have invested over 200 million yuan to import more than 200 sets of equipment from Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, Japan and other countries. We have profile processing production lines, thermal insulation and cold bridge composite production lines, sheet metal processing production lines, spray coating production lines, metal structure production lines, gluing production lines, assembly production lines and packaging lines.
The processing center also has a metal structure production line dedicated to processing metal accessories and curtain wall components, a glue production line dedicated to gluing unit curtain walls, and an assembly production line dedicated to assembling unit curtain walls. The factory building exclusively uses advanced ground rail transportation systems in China, and the packaging line has specially developed a patented storage, transportation, and packaging transportation system to improve labor efficiency and ensure the safety and quality of physical land, sea, and air transportation of materials.
