Service Responsibilities


1. Our company has established and improved an integrated management system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, as well as an after-sales service network. We provide qualified building curtain walls to owners in accordance with the Product Quality Law and the Consumer Rights Protection Law, ensuring that unqualified curtain wall projects are not delivered.
2. Ensure that the building curtain wall provided to the owner complies with the GB/T21086-2007 "Building Curtain Wall" standard, JGJ102-2003 "Technical Specification for Glass Curtain Wall Engineering", and JGJ133-2001 "Technical Specification for Metal and Stone Curtain Wall Engineering".
3. The curtain wall of the building constructed by our company implements a quality warranty system. The three guarantees (repair, replacement, and compensation) for building curtain walls are:
Curtain wall glass for two years; Granite slabs (microcrystalline glass, porcelain slabs) for five years; Ten years for metal rods; Structural adhesive for ten years; Accessories and attachments for two years; During the warranty period for building curtain walls, free repairs are provided (with free replacement of materials); After the expiration of the warranty period, the repair costs and replacement materials shall be in accordance with the contract provisions.
The warranty period for the projects undertaken by our company shall be executed according to the agreed warranty period in the contract. If there are special requirements from the national and local governments, they shall be executed in accordance with the regulations of the national and local governments. During the warranty period, any quality issues caused by our responsibility will be repaired free of charge by us. When customers request repair due to improper use or quality issues caused by uncontrollable factors, we will carry out the repair according to the agreement reached by both parties after consultation. When the project is completed beyond the warranty period and there are quality problems, and the customer requests repair, we will carry out the repair according to the agreement reached by both parties after negotiation.
