Entrepreneurial Stage (1974-1985)
In June 1974, more than 400 entrepreneurs, passionate about China's aviation maintenance industry and dedicated to national defense, arrived in Wuhan. With no blueprints, equipment, or experience to draw upon, they worked amidst a reed swamp, braving the heat and cold, building infrastructure and production simultaneously. They quickly developed the capability to repair a certain type of aircraft. Thus, Lingyun Technology Group's "militarized management" and its tradition of being "soldiers without uniforms, an iron army that dares to fight tough battles" were formed at that time and have been passed down to this day, becoming the most distinctive part of Lingyun culture.
Reform Period (1986-1994)
In 1985, facing a national disarmament and a sharp reduction in military orders, the factory proposed the policy of "1. Food, 2. Development, 3. Construction" and the development strategy of "military-civilian integration, using civilian to support military, and using military to promote civilian." It vigorously developed civilian products, venturing into the market, starting from aluminum alloy counters and windows, and gradually expanding to television station exterior wall decoration and building curtain wall decoration. It became the leading "China Tower King" and gradually formed a development pattern centered on two major industries: transport aircraft repair and building decoration.
Development Stage (1995-2023)
Development is the absolute principle. This is even more true for enterprises. In order to quickly align with the world, Lingyun set the goal of becoming a modern technology-based multinational enterprise group in the early 21st century. Under the new circumstances, significant adjustments have been made to the company's development strategy. Technology enhances competitiveness. Technology is the primary productive force. Lingyun implements the strategy of "revitalizing the enterprise through technology," successively signing technical cooperation agreements with international curtain wall companies such as the US and Germany, and hiring international curtain wall experts with high salaries to exclusively serve Lingyun, preparing a fresh force for Lingyun to enter the international market.
Renewed Glory (2024-present)
From struggling to steady development, Lingyun people are always aware of potential dangers even in times of peace. How to make Lingyun stronger and bigger has become the common ideal and pursuit of every Lingyun person. Lingyun's path has been written into Lingyun's own unique culture, and recreating its glory is a further enhancement of Lingyun's culture. “The long and arduous road is like iron, but now we are taking our first step to overcome it.” In the new century, under the guidance of the corporate mission of “military-style management, strong enterprise serving the country” and the business philosophy of “integrity, quality, and innovation”, and inspired and motivated by Lingyun's corporate culture, Lingyun people will continue to carry forward the Lingyun spirit, maintain high aspirations, share weal and woe, and work together to strive to build Lingyun into a “first-class modern aviation equipment comprehensive support base” and a “first-class modern state-owned enterprise group”!
