Onboarding training for new employees from campus recruitment
Newly hired employees receive onboarding training organized by the Party and Human Resources Department Training Center. The training mainly takes the form of centralized training, covering basic business knowledge such as corporate culture, regulations, curtain wall technology, construction management, material procurement, business management, and quality and safety, as well as on-site practical exercises.
Technical worker training
Interns who are to be recruited as technical workers receive technical worker training organized by the Party and Human Resources Department Training Center. The training mainly takes the form of centralized training, with content including basic business knowledge such as corporate culture, regulations, curtain wall engineering construction, and curtain wall product processing, as well as on-site practical exercises.
Mentorship for new employees during probationary period
After passing the onboarding training assessment, new employees are assigned to probationary units, where they are assigned mentors for guidance. A probationary assessment is conducted after six months, and an apprenticeship assessment after one year.
Onboarding training for employees from social recruitment
Before starting work, employees from social recruitment receive onboarding training and examinations organized by the Party and Human Resources Department Training Center.
Specialized training
Qualification certificate acquisition training
Employees can participate in professional and technical position qualification assessment and vocational skills level certification training and examinations organized by the Group Company, including management personnel, technical personnel primary, intermediate, and senior professional and technical position qualifications, and processing and installation personnel primary, intermediate, senior worker, technician, and senior technician level certification. Specific implementation is in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Group Company.
On-the-job operation certificates
Safety production qualification certificate, key on-site position certificate (seven major personnel certificates), special operation certificates.
Professional qualification certificates
Registered construction engineer, registered structural engineer, registered safety engineer, registered cost engineer.

Education training
Self-funded learning
Employees can use their spare time to pursue further education at their own expense. Those who obtain nationally recognized academic qualifications from the national education system should register with the Party and Human Resources Department.
Company's self-organized education classes
Employees can participate in the company's self-organized education classes. After application by the individual, approval from the unit leader, and approval from the company, enrollment is allowed after passing the examination.
Company-sponsored training
The company regularly recommends qualified backbone technical workers to participate in undergraduate continuing education in civil engineering and electrical automation, and backbone employees to participate in postgraduate training in business administration and engineering management.
