Assembly line
The assembly center of the machining center is mainly responsible for the assembly and glue processing of curtain wall profiles.
The assembly workshop consists of a glue production line and an assembly production line. The glue production line is dedicated to glue the unit curtain wall; the assembly production line is dedicated to the assembly of the unit curtain wall. The assembly equipment is imported from Germany, CYH200-155 two-component glue machine and processing line.
Assembly glue machine is suitable for sealing and bonding of insulating glass and machinery manufacturing. Gluing, mixing, mixing and spraying are combined into one, and its unique convenient and adjustable proportioning mechanism ensures the two-component glue's nearly demanding mixing requirements to the greatest extent. Arbitrary proportion adjustments maintain reliable mixing accuracy and uniformity, so that the insulating glass achieves excellent air tightness and strength.
